• As a Chicago Firefighter for over 18 years, Mike understands the importance of protecting our first responders and ensuring they have the resources they need to keep themselves and our communities safe. 
  
  
• As Women’s Rights are under attack throughout the country, Mike stays committed to ensuring Women’s Right’s in Illinois stay untouched and a women has the ability to make her own decisions on her body. 
  
  
• As a sports coach at St. Edward’s Elementary, Mike understands how important investing in education is. That’s why he will fight to keep funding in our schools and expand after-school programs. 
  
  
• COVID-19 hit our local businesses hard. Mike is working in Springfield to bring loans and programs to small businesses, so we can continue to build our local economy.
